- 01Reminders have to be dependable
A missed notification is a product failure, not a minor bug. We design reminder flows around device behaviour, time zones, offline use and what happens when a user does not respond.
- 02Privacy is a design decision
Decide early what health data you collect, where it lives, who can read it and how users withdraw consent. Rules differ by market, for example HIPAA in the US and GDPR in the UK and EU, so involve your legal or compliance advisor early. We build with those constraints in mind but do not replace that advice.
